Fazsion is a cross-border e-commerce marketplace offering authentic European and UK Highstreet fashion brands for Men, Women, and Kids such as H&M, Jack&Jones, Selected Homme, Diesel, Henley, Gabba, Bellfield, No problem, Vero Moda, Zara, Boohoo, Pretty Little Things, Nelly, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klien, Adidas and others. Fazsion operates out of warehouses in Lagos, Germany, and London. We help our customers source, ship, and deliver their inventory needs to their doorstep end to end. We aim to make stocking up your store as easy as possible.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Description

  • Responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. 
  • Responsible for coordinating the sales department - B2B and B2C (offline and online), supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of market trends in other regions within Nigeria and west Africa is Key.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
  • Writing sales reports for senior managers.
  • Assisting with the selling of Fazsion products and services and assisting to maximize sales.
  • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
  • Maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
  • Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
  • Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
  • Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
  • Assist in selecting the right designs for the company
  • Manage an experienced Salesforce team; provide feedback and coaching on performance and development
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all Salesforce matters and support team members with best practices and tips on Salesforce usage, including training, and documentation of processes, policies, work instructions and configuration
  • Analyze business needs, Supporting the sourcing team in selecting styles suitable for the Nigerian market in order to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Developing and overseeing growth strategies of the Fazsion B2B Salesforce
  • Developing new business leads through digital marketing and telemarketing.
  • Conduct monthly team Training on client acquisition, telemarketing, prospecting and cold calling.
  • Manage key accounts and partnership growth.
  • Initiating and overseeing all partnerships between Fazsion and Other organizations either by driving sales or increasing Fazsion brand presence.
  • Supporting other team members within the organization in driving revenue-generating activities.
  • Measuring sales metrics and reporting monthly.
  • Implement sales team evaluation and performance management 
  • Perform any other duty assigned by the manager.

 Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
