Job Description

• We need a seasoned Business / Operations manager to plan and coordinate the overall operations of the business.
• The individual will be expected to maintain operational efficiency and enforce quality standards.
• The Business Operations Manager will be accountable for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, and quality control and will play a key role in developing a team of enthusiastic employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the re-evaluation of existing HR, Sales and Marketing framework
• Liaise with all departments to ensure that all equipment are running optimally, logistics requirements are in place and needed materials and resources are available.
• Monitor service and quality standards and ensure adherence
• Lead the daily operational process and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time
• Implement and maintain a quality assurance system and process
• Ensure maintenance, clean and safe work environment for clients, visitors and staff
• Assign responsibilities to all staff including machine operators, front desk personnel, marketing and deliveries personnel.
• Identify areas of improvement regularly and recommend improvements
• Ensure equipment are serviced regularly
• Pick-up and delivery management 
• Responsible for maintaining comprehensive administrative documents
• Partner with the accounts department, design and implement cost saving initiative
• Determine the work needs of the employees to fostering productivity
• Develop and implement long term goals to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Recruit and train the new employees in the organization
• Establish effective working relationships with the clients/customers

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 5-7 years eexperience as an operations manager in a dry-cleaning company.
• Excellent report writing abilities.
• Great interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to inspire the team.
• Strong communication.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Articulate and well-spoken.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
