Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a Plastic and Chemical Manufacturing Company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor (Air Conditioners / Refrigerator / Gas Cookers)

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Devising and establishing company’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
• Meet daily production targets
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistics report
• Preparing clear explanatory documents
• Sending daily reports to Factory Manager and daily target, Achievement, and Issues of the day in a standard reporting manner products
• Should be able to resolve operators/ workers issues
• Accident investigations
• Maintain proper inventory levels
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas
• Technical capacity
• Learning orientation.

Skills / Qualifications

• 8-9 years of experience in the same industry
• Minimum of HND in Engineering
• Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement and currently should be in a role of Production supervisor.
