Our Client - A leading offshore engineering firm based in West Africa is looking for a Marine Fleet Superintendent to join their expanding team. The Marine Fleet Superintendent will be joining a market leading company that has over 30 years of experience in the marine engineering industry.

Main Duties
- Ensure all barges/vessels meet the correct HSEQ standards.
- Responsible for assessing the progress of assigned barges/vessels under charter.
- Developing client relationships.
- Help out in other departments where required.
- Responsible for various staff members such as the Port Captains, Masters and Marine Coordinators.
- Attend various meetings for different departments.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nautical or Naval related degrees.
- Must have demonstrable work experience in a similar Offshore maritime operation.
- Must have knowledge of related responsibilities and skills, such as HSEQ, IMS Systems, OVID inspections, SOLAS - IMO, internal audits and vessel trails.
