Palmpay is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as an Agent Banking Institution to carry out mobile banking transaction, the Company commenced operations in 2019.

Due to expansion, we require the services of suitable candidates to aid our operations in the position below:

Job Title: Agent Supervisor

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers, Uyo - Akwa-Ibom, Lokoja - Kogi and Jos - Plateau

Job Details

• Manage Merchants & Agents Network
• Acquire, Register and Train Agents and Merchants on mobile money as well as the application.
• Raise awareness and educate Agents & Merchants on Mobile money
• Advertise Company’s product
• Support Customers until transaction is completed
• Achieve targets (KPI) set by the Company
• Experience in deploying POS devices and onboarding Agents.
• Every other detail will be assigned by the Business Development Head.

Qualification

• Candidates should possess an HND, B.A or B.Sc Degree.
