Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) - A non-profit organization that promotes socio-economic development by supporting global health and economic initiatives in Nigeria. It was established as an affiliate of the Family Health International (FHI360) to sustain FHI's achievements in strengthening indigenous organizational capacity in Nigeria.

AHNi currently has its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. To strengthen our operations in the country, we are seeking qualified candidates for the vacant position below:

Job Title: Assistant Technical Officer - PCT

Job Description
  • The Assistant Technical Officer - PCT will under the direct supervision said technical guidance from the Technical Officer-Care & Treatment will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, TB, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS, reproductive health/family planning(RH/FP) and integrated medical services at the state and local government levels.
Requirements
  • MB.BS/MD/PHI) or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
  • Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
