We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Member, Switch Application Management

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• Provide switch application support for the institution's tech and Switching infrastructure by ensuring on-time resolution of all issues that may arise.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure combined availability on CorporatePAY, AutoPAY, e-Remit, SafeToken, SmartCard, PayPhone, Xportal, ExtraSwitch, ScoreBridge, TWCMS, TWO and MasterCard Secure Code.
• Ensure availability of Internet (Corporate and Retail)
• Ensure availability of PAYDirect, PAYOutlet, QuickTeller, Remita, WebPAY, IBTM , NIP, NAPS and TWIG.
• Ensure daily monitoring of all key Switching platforms.
• Ensures daily run of ISW Card Data (Verve & MasterCard by 4:30pm, Excluding Weekends - this includes Extraction, Data Preparation, Smart Processing, sftp to Secure ID)
• Ensures daily run of EMP Card Data (MasterCard by 1:30pm Excluding Weekends (this includes Extraction, , sftp to EMP).
• Ensure compliance to SLA on Service Desk / Weekend Duty.
