Requirements
- HND/B. Sc in Estate Management with a minimum of 7 - 10 years’ similar working experience in a reputable property company, memberbership of COREN will be an added advantage
- Must have good knowledge of Agency and Property management
- Must be experienced in luxury flats of 5 - 10 floors
- Must be matured and able to work without supervision
- Must have the knowledge and ability to maintain good facilities for habitable environment
