The flagship project is Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate which is located at the Lagoon District, (the new Waterview residences of lekki phase 1) Lagos.

Job Title: Civil Engineer

General Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus.
- B.Eng Civil Engineering Professional Certification: COREN (Registered member)
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position
- Experience in road construction would be an added advantage.
- Design consultation & Development Construction Administration & Inspection Project management.
- Quality take-offs analysis.
- International & National codes standards research and application.
- Knowledgeable in structural modeling (IT Tools).
- Highly proficient in the use of the following: Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, MS Project & Outlook) AutoCad, AutoCad MEP, PDMS Design Software (Primavera Project Planner).
- Good command of Language. English Language (Oral & Written).
