Periwinkle Residences Limited is a Lagos-based real estate company and the developer of Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate and other high-end luxurious homes in Lagos. The flagship project is Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate which is located at the Lagoon District, (the new Waterview residences of Lekki Phase 1) Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chief Accounting Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

General Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting.
- Between 7 - 10 years post-NYSC relevant experience with minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial role in the real estate industry or in a similar organization.
- Must have ICAN professional qualification.
- Understanding of the real estate development market in Nigeria and Africa.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial planning and budgetary control.
- Knowledge of Audit procedures will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to define, develop and articulate strategic business plans.
- Excellent accounting and numerical analytical skills.
- Superior financial management and corporate reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
