Health Connect 24x7, the first Nigerian 24x7 Population Health Management provider combines next-generation telemedicine, telemonitoring and home health to provide immediate access to highly trained and experienced doctors and wellness experts via voice/video calls, as well as on-site doctor visits and clinics for healthy, acute and chronic condition management.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Physician
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Description
- Receives calls from patients directly and/or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handle such calls as per health Connect24x7 policies and procedures and MDCN guidelines.
- Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.
- Present-health talks to educate and engage clients.
- Partake in medical outreach online or onsite.
Requirements
- Qualification: MBBS / MBChB / MD.
- Work Experience: 1 - 5 years post NYSC experience.
- Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa).
- Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients.
- Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care and detail.
