We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plastic Blow Moulding Supervisor and Operator

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Plastic Blow Moulding Machine Supervisors:

• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Guide and coach workers٫ monitoring their productivity.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to management.

Plastic Blow Moulding Machine Operators:

• Blow moulding machine operators operateand monitor blow moulding machine to mould plastic goods, according to requirements. They regulate temperature, air pressure and volume of plastic, according to specifications. Blow moulding machine operators remove finished products and cut away excess material.
• A blow moulding operator sets up one or more machines, observes their operation, ensures the manufactured products meet specifications, makes adjustments as necessary and tears down the equipment. He removes finished products from the molds and may trim excess plastic from parts. Operators perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
• Effective blow moulding operators must be able totroubleshoot problems and perform simple repairs.
• Must know how to use correct tools.
• Operators must also demonstrate monitoring skills, using visual observation of gages and listening to mechanical sounds to make sure the equipment is working properly.
• A good blow moulding operator also needs manual dexterity and strength to lift, pull, push and carry objects.
