We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Medical Marketing Manager
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Development of brochures and other pharma marketing materials aiming at healthcare providers and consumers.
- Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medical marketing aspects and on the job training accompanying sales reps.
- Train sales teams on all product aspects and on the correct and effective use of all marketing materials.
- Develop strategies, marketing and sales plans, and promotional mix to meet product category objectives vis-a-vis healthcare providers and customer needs.
- Analyse market, competitive conditions, business intelligence as well as healthcare knowledge and consumer insights.
- Deliver unique value product category propositions based on customer demand.
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities.
- Monitor business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or a related field.
- A relevant Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing with minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
- Strong understanding and experience of pharmaceutical and OTC marketing
- Great writing, communication, presentation and analytical skills. Team player.
- Be self-motivated & able to adapt to changing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Be hard-working, well organised & commercially focused.
