We provide Management Consulting services to clients in the private and public sector within and outside Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Locations: Kano and Kaduna

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Maintain and develop business.
• Provide technical assistance and arrange meetings with Farmers.
• Build & Maintain Relationship with the Dealers.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, Agriculture or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Marketing Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Soil Nutrients, Seeds, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
