We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company's social media platforms and continuously improve through feedback
  • Create and manage social media contents
  • Amplify and maintain a solid online presence across all of the Company’s social media channels
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities and foster engagement across all social media platforms
  • Monitor the company’s brand on social media
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • B.Sc, OND or HND in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
