Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company's social media platforms and continuously improve through feedback
- Create and manage social media contents
- Amplify and maintain a solid online presence across all of the Company’s social media channels
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities and foster engagement across all social media platforms
- Monitor the company’s brand on social media
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
- B.Sc, OND or HND in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
