SME Growth Hub - Our client, a fast-growing Farm-To-Door company, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Associate

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Customer service representative
  • Living Proximity to Ajah, Lagos.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Females are encouraged to apply.

Working Days:

  • Mondays- Saturdays.

Salary
N45,000 - N60,000 / Month based on qualification & experience.
