Robeck Locks Limited was born out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish lockset at affordable prices without compromise on quality, functionality and durability. Robeck Locks Limited imports and distributes a wide range of quality fashionable door lockset and accesories made of Brass, Stainless steel, Zinc, Iron and Aluminum to the trade and Construction companies.

We are recruiting suitable candidates, on behalf of our company, a Supplier and Retailer of Furniture Hardware, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Locations: Ipaja and Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers to guarantee retention.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales and operations transactions of the branch
• Managing the branch facility on day-to-day basis to safeguard all company’s assets and good ambience/cleanliness
• Grow the sales of the company’s products and services to both the retail, trade and wholesale segments.
• Prepare and implement the strategic plan on how to achieve the annual budgeted sales goals.
• Identify and contact potential organizations and individuals for new leads and potential new markets.
• Weekly report on milestones
• Ensure the operational efficiency and sales growth of the branch.
• Identify and elevate brand awareness to increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities through various strategies
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of HND qualification
• Applicants must be residing within Mushin or Ipaja Axis.

Job Specification:

• Up to 3 years in Sales/Customer Service, preferably in Retail.
• Up to 1 year of leading a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in managing a branch facility.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a branch supervisor in a retail outlet.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivator, disciplined, strong work ethic with high integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Exceptional people management skills.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
