The company focuses on academic training services for individuals in various industries as well as risk management, armed escort services, remote guarding, and emergency deployment services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Journey & Risk Management Officer (Protocol)

Location: Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
Responsibilities will include:

• Arrange safe movement of VIPs, expatriates, and other clients, including planning routes, potentially meeting clients, and leading the convoy, arranging armed personnel, vehicles, and planning safest and fastest routes, etc.
• Planning the protection of stationary events, including placement of operatives, access control, emergency evacuation strategies, emergency response detail, etc.
• Prepare security detail for the challenges of each assignment.
• Oversee the smooth operations of the central command center and its operators and ensure constant communication between the command center and security personnel on the move or at posts.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement and military personnel.
• Coordinate with the mechanical crew to ensure all vehicles are functioning properly at all times.
• Respond to requests for protocol and protection services.
• Market services to likely prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of police, military, or prior security protocol / journey management experience
• Good understanding of GPS tracking software, radio communication, and control room operation
• Investigative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Leadership abilities, decision-making, and team-building skills.
