We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Handyman
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained in all locations
- Managing all company’s properties and ensuring that items purchased for maintenance are cost-effectiveness
- Have basic knowledge of the cost of items in the market
- Ensuring that facilities meet environmental, health and security standards
- Overseeing building projects and renovations
- Helping the company to relocate to new offices or apartment
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations
- Managing all vendors when the company is setting up new apartments
- Manage all housekeepers and follow up with them to make sure their task for the day is achieved and complaints are resolved
- Take inventory of all the apartments and make sure that all the items are complete and placed at the right position at all times
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 3 years of work experience.
Salary
- N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
