Citygate Global is a registered member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institution of Nigeria (AMFIN) and also a registered Money Lending Company in all the States where we operate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager - Retail

Locations: Ikeja - Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo, Ilorin - Kwara, Akure - Ondo, Ekiti, Oshogbo -  Osun and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To see to the growth of the branch through clients’ acquisition and retention.
• Ensure quality and recoverable disbursements to enhance the Branch Portfolio growth.
• Operate under regulated Portfolio -at -risk.
• Ensure effective and efficient co-ordination of all Market-facing staff and other back-office staff under his/her supervision for performance.
• Ensure effective and efficient usage of other branch’s operational resources for maximum output.
• Ensure branch’s regular profitability in line with the set target.
• To ensure the branch’s compliance to organization’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree / HND
• Above 3 Years Managerial Experience in Microfinance Finance Institution with specialization in Retail Lending.
• Proficient in usage of finance software will give an edge.
• Micro Finance Certified Banker (MCIB) Qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Must be technological savvy and skillful in MS-word (Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Effective communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
