Job Description

• Clients' Relationship Management: acquisition and retention.
• Ensure quality and recoverable disbursements to enhance the loan Portfolio growth in line with the set target.
• To identify and develop new target pipelines and convert them to clients.
• To ensure regular compliance to organization’s lending policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree / HND
• Must have at least 2 years' marketing experience in Public Sector financing.
• Strong credit analysis, documentation and relationship management skills
• Effective communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
