Citygate Global is a registered member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institution of Nigeria (AMFIN) and also a registered Money Lending Company in all the States where we operate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Commercial Business)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ikeja - Lagos, Ilorin - Kwara, Abeokuta - Ogun, Ibadan - Oyo, Akure - Ondo, Benin - Edo, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Asaba - Delta, Owerri - Imo, Onitsha - Anambra, Aba - Abia, Calabar - Cross River, Abakaliki - Ebonyi and Ekiti

Job Description

• Clients Relationship Management: acquisition and retention-Private sector staff and SMEs.
• Ensure quality and recoverable disbursements to enhance the loan Portfolio growth in line with the set target.
• Monitoring loan portfolio for prompt repayment.
• Operate under regulated Portfolio -at -risk.
• To identify and develop new pipelines and convert them to clients.
• To ensure regular compliance to organization’s lending policies and procedures.
• Ensure branch’s regular profitability in line with the set target.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Degree / HND in related discipline.
• Must have at least 2 years' marketing experience in Commercial lending.
• Strong credit analysis, documentation skills.
• Must possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of Payday and SME Products.
• Effective communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
