Job Summary

• Senior Project Manager responsible for managing multiple projects and business development.

Job Description

• Providing management supervision for all projects related functions under his/her portfolio
• Coordinate resources and technical inputs towards ensuring project delivery within budget, on time and quality
• Providing and implementing strategic objectives at the business-unit and organizational level
• Drive business development and marketing efforts towards creating new clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Must have COREN/NSE and PMP
• 10 - 15 years’ experience; at least 3 - 5years occupying managerial roles with multi-disciplinary supervision.
• Proven Experience in managing multiple projects across Commercial, residential (high-rise/ real estate) sectors; Facilitating at workshops.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
