Job Title: Networking and Operations Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Your responsibility is to perform customer installations from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will meet the customer at their house to install our device at the customer's chosen location. You will perform all installations, maintenance, disconnects and troubleshooting in our service area. You are the only Tizeti employee that our customers meet face to face so you must represent our company with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous computer, networking or wireless experience or willing to learn
- OND
- Self starter
- Confident professional personality
- Working knowledge of the Internet market
- Ability to drive
- Excellent written and oral skills
