Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Come join the IET team to execute the operations of a Sales Executive for the organization. As a key member of the IET team, you will work with the Head of Tech, Growth and Innovation.
  • You will be responsible for promoting products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits for the organisation.
  • This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
  • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Proven 3 years working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
