Job Description

• Maintain and manage organization Fiber optic infrastructure in and around assigned Location.
• Conduct Survey, Install and activated new subscribers.
• Resolve LOS (Lost of signal) and any related fiber issues of existing customer within assigned location for the daily, weekly or monthly.
• Maintain and ensure full compliance with all company process and procedure.
• Produce and maintain all records related to the assigned task.
• Monitor company network planning update, status and performance of all network components.
• Liaise with customer service to resolve clients' complaints.
• Tracking and documenting network issues and reporting incidents.
• Providing point of presence in different locations, assigned by the Head of operations.
• Run daily and weekly report on network events and activities and other performance Indicator.

Requirements
The Ideal candidate must:

• Be an OND graduate in Engineering
• 1 - 3 years experience
• Have Analytical Skills.
• Maintain network facilities for continuous performance
• Strong ability to diagnose network issues.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent task with minimal supervision.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self motivated in learning and enhancing technical skills to increase job effectiveness.
