Job Description:
- Culinary/Baking Instructor
- Research and try out new recipes for cakes, bread and pastry, sugarcraft
- Teach students classes on cake baking, bread and pastry, molding and sugarcraft
- Update the teaching syllabus
- Assist other departments in meeting tight deadlines
- Respond to training enquiries through emails
- Write reports and recommendations for management
Skills and Experience Required:
- Preferably OND holder, fluency in English Language and communicating with others
- Experience in cake training, bread and pastry, molding, sugar craft
- Use of the computer very well
