Job Title: Shop Front Assistants
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Ability to work the cash register and deal with money
- Must keep surroundings clean and presentable at all times
- Maintains a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area
- Maintains full knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes and other pertinent information
- Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Inform customers of daily specials and menu changes
- Develops relationships with guests
- Neatly pack purchased produce for guests
- Correctly and precisely calculates each guests bill and returns change to guests quickly
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by manager
Skills and Experienece Required:
- At least OND or preferably HND
- Superb listening and oral communication skills, ability to be assertive and persuasive, Good aptitude for sales, self-motivated and competitive.
- Preferably with experience in the food services sector
