Summary
- We are seeking to hire an experienced Operations Officer who will be responsible for the effective running of the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Develop and build positive relationships with customers.
- Finding new strategies to attract new customers and boost the business of the organization.
- Manage the Company’s social media accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proven work experience as an Operations Officer
- Social media skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should live within the Lekki and its environment.
Salary
N80,000- N100, 000 Monthly.
