One of the foremost and proven pioneers in the luxurious real estate industry in Lagos State, urgently requires a mature and experienced (Nigerian or expatriate) professional to head its maintenance / facility department in the position below:

Job Title: Head of Maintenance / Facilities

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• The ideal candidate should be able to manage an estate in Ikoyi consisting of 5 luxurious blocks of flats with about 100 expatriate tenants.
• The estate has all modern amenities such as swimming pools, gym, lawn tennis courts, a bowling alley, a squash court, jetty, children's play ground, party areas, 24/7 power and security etc.
• The person must be able to manage all the maintenance staff and facilities and also relate well with the tenants.

Requirements

• Interested persons should have either B.Sc or HND in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Possession of a Master's Degree or professional qualification with several years of experience at top management level will be an added advantage.
• Persons below 40 years need not apply.
