Job Title: IT Solutions Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Address key accounts' needs to maximise IT solution generation.
• Align organisational IT strategy with customer experience strategy.
• Align resources management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities.
• Assist to identify new IT business.
• Assist department heads to achieve desired results.
• Develop methods to improve operation policies, standards and procedures.
• Develop methods to improve vendor management in the organisation.
• Develop new business enabled by IT.
• Develop risk mitigation plan.
• Drive market needs for IT solutions to increase market share.
• Install new enabled IT process and systems across functions.
• Lead team/ departmental projects.
• Manage IT solutions using cost-benefits analysis.
• Manage business requirements and activities.
• Manage network security of IT-enabled processes and systems.
• Manage operation policies, standards and procedures.
• Review customers' IT enterprise architecture to further improve system integration.
• Review different parts of project management based on priorities and needs.
• Review resources across different business activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years work experience.
