Job Title: Estate Surveyor / Sourcer

Duties
- Determining the value of all descriptions of properly and various interests therein
- Managing and developing estate and other businesses concerned with the management of the landed property.
- Determining optimum use of land and its associated resources to meet social and economic needs.
- Determining the economic use of the resources by means of financial appraisal for the building industry.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Estate Management / Urban & Regional Planning.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Passion for the job
- Have a little or more knowledge about Real Estate Business.
- Have a year or more Experience in Field Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
