Outsource Africa - Our client, a leading and growing departmental store in Lagos with operations in Oyo, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

• Effectively and efficiently executing cash desk operations
• Management of payment processing as well as corrections and refunding processes for customers.
• Performance tasks related to skimming, counting and change according to Operating Instructions.
• Effectively carry out customer orientation and relations functions
• Maintain a clean and tidy desk
• Provide support to Merchandizers as required

Education and Experience Requriements

• A minimum of SSCE.
• Experience in a retail environment, preferably in customer service or as a cashier.

Skills Requirements:

• Thorough, accurate and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Ability to communicate and relate with customers in a very friendly way.
• Having a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Energy, drive and a strong can-do attitude (getting -it-done mentality).
