Job Description
- Supervise and ensures that operatives keep to the rules and regulation of the company.
- Patrol all location alocated to him with bike
- Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks
- Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
- Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary and ensure that operatives carry out thier responsibility professionally.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
- Ensure good relationship between the company and its clients.
- Listening to clients complain and then reporting to the office for proper actions when necessary.
- Assist in collecting cheaque from clients and then bringing it to the office.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 30 years experience.
