Job Title: Digital Marketer / Front Desk Officer
Location: Agege, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries professionally
- Handling the company social media pages
- Creating content, posting and running social advert as professional
- Responding to chat, engagement and generating sales on social media
- Converting prospects to clients
- Client service management (Online, Radio Clients and Walk-In clients)
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Record contact information of all prospects and clients
- Filing of documents Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Preparation of essential documents for clients
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization
- Preparation of weekly report to line manager
- Reporting to the managing director
- Any other duty assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
