We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Agency Manager
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret financial statements and sales data
- Supervise (includes coaching and mentoring), train, motivate and develop Alpha Sales Force Advisor / Team Manager
- Assist in identifying required resources to achieve the revenue budget
- Identify actual and potential operational issues to the Group Head
- Presentation of the SBU performance at the monthly Divisional MPR, QBR and Budget meetings.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in any field from reputable tertiary institution
- 4 years experience in Financial Services of which 2 years should be in insurance sales.
- Professional qualification (i.e CII, CIIN or other of similar equivalence) will be an advantage.
