Job Description

  • Our client is recruiting a Marketing Strategy and Sales Specialist to join their growing team and promote their business goals and objectives. We are looking for a creative sales professional with strong analytical skills to join our team.
  • The sales specialist will be responsible for leading the sales team and training new hires, conducting extensive market research, preparing sales forecasts, and advertising budgets, and updating existing marketing strategies.
  • You should also be able to change sales policies and make suggestions for business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
  • Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
  • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and strategy
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
