Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be expected to achieve financial targets for assigned territory
- Utilize market intelligence to projects that hold potential
- Build rapport with key members of projects ensuring the company is perceived a major Chinese Contractor supplier in the region.
- Utilize all levels within s and the company and its Group to help penetrate projects and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with distributors and applicators to ensure best service offering to prospect and customer base.
- Assist in providing product and industry knowledge to ensure that there is a seamless interface between the customer, distributors, applicators and the company.
- Help to resolve potential conflicts within the process.
- Provide sales, stock and forecasting information as required.
- Any other duties to fulfill the role.
Requirements
- A good degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of construction and building practices.
- Fluent in Chinese and English languages
- Good communication skills, organisational skills, ability to plan own time, develop and maintain systems and work on priorities.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation.
- Capable of relating to many different personality types and nationalities, and build relationships.
- Strong persuasion and selling skills, solid technical expertise to support these skills and good technology skills
