We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Reviewing the company debtor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made
- Responding to customers queries.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Must have good communication, persuasive and negotiation skills
- Must be skilled in the use of daily office software
- Must have positive, responsible, keen on work attitude.
Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 plus commission.
