B'quins Solution Limited - We are a full service business majoring in outsourcing, call center (inbound and outbound call center services) data entry and processing services, e-payment solution, third parties, recruitment and training, procurement of call centre equipment (servers, headset, system, and call centre application), bulk SMS, back office outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services as per client requirements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Personnel

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

• Carry out regular inspections on employees' work according to inspection requirements and standards;
• Understand and master the inspection content and requirements, and make correct judgments and records for non-conforming products;
• Provide timely feedback to management personnel for correction of abnormal inspections;
• Summarize and archive various inspection records and related data;
• Assist the assistant to complete other quality management system supervision and inspection work;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Stictly follow company hierachy and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and relevant regulations;
• Proficiency in using computers and office software;
• Ability and willingness to work conscientiously and responsibly, be able to work under pressure, be honest and dedicated, work proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Working experience in the same position or customer service is preferred.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
