We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors
• Answering and forwarding phone calls and attending to client inquiries
• Sorting correspondence and receiving shipments and arranging couriers.
• Ordering office supplies
• Maintaining the reception area clean and organized
• Updating records and files
• Maintaining schedules; calendars for the office and your coworkers.
• Booking meetings
• File important documents and keep them well organized
• Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

Qualifications

• Minimum OND in related disciplines
• Two (2) years professional experience.
• Must know how to use Office Suite

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
