Job Title: Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s Matter.
- Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
- Over-seeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals and strategies.
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the Community.
- Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues.
- Design, develop, execute and monitor the strategies and policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
- Must possess First Degree or equivalent in Law from a reputable University.
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in legal practice, Litigations in related industry.
- A Master's Degree in Law and or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
