Job Description
- The suitable candidate would be expected to Manage, coordinate, lead, support and motivate Sales and Technical Team.
- Ensure budgets & KPI’s are achieved to drive maximum profitability.
- Personnel leadership of sales and Technical direct reports.
- Provide tailor made commercial and technical support to key customers and Distributors/Agencies
- Collect and analyse data on market information on a continued basis.
- Contribute to the development of business concepts and plans.
- Identify business opportunities in line with business strategy.
- Remain continuously aware of market trends, technological developments and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities for future growth.
- Responsible for business target achievement within designated business team
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Commerce or Business Studies
- At least 3 years construction experience in sales, intermediate sales and market understanding
- Fluent in English Language (written and spoken)
- People management skills is an added advantage
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft office
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- A well-organized individual, who is meticulous and able to plan and prioritize activities
- Ability to perform well under pressure would be suited to this role
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team
