Role Summary

• The marketing manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing operations for all facets of the business to ensure brand visibility.
• He or she is to promote the products of the company and create market awareness through campaigns, activation, and events.
• He or she is to help consumers gain an appreciation of the products the company offers, and how the products will meet the needs of the consumers it is trying to reach.

Job Description

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of First Degree in Marketing or related field.
• A Foreign Degree from a recognized university and professional certification would be an added advantage.
• 10 years experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry preferred.
• Be strategic, well organized, and have exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong multi-channel marketing skills, and willingness to work across all functions.
• Strong work ethic.
