We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Job Description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:

• Oversee day-to-day cash management
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Keep organized books of tuition fees and files of receipts
• Prepare expense reports on a regular basis
• Manage annual budget
• Conduct cost and productivity analyses
• Design and update financial procedures
• Report to the Board of Directors/Director of school on general performances and investment/funding opportunities.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting from a recognized higher institution (Professional qualification would be an added advantage)
• Candidates should possess 5+ years work experience.
• Specific Industry Experience should include:
• Certification or experience in School Administration is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Bursar
• Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
• Strong financial management skills
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with budget preparation and cash flow management.
• Solid time management skills with an ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations
• Gender Preference: Female.
• Age Preference: 25-40 years.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
