Job Title: Salon Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service (Effective handling of client's complaints and ensuring client satisfaction.)
• Manage and control expenses (Managing finances and budgets.)
• Lead and develop a team (Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and dismissing staff members).
• Complete required administrative tasks / compliance.
• Overseeing client bookings and scheduling staff.
• Market the shop and grow the business.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years work experience
• Strong Management Skills (Coaching and Developing a Team)
• Industry Knowledge
• Organizational Skills and Intuitive Thinker
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Customer Service Driven
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, pivot table
• Sales Background.

Salary
N120,000 - 150,000 / Month.
