Summary
- Our client needs a part-time Account Officer who will audit the company's accounting process, and take stock of inventory and report directly to the CEO on finding and recommendation.
Job Description
- The account officer will share best practices that promote operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Inspecting financial statements, sales book, requisition forms, daily expenditure to catch errors, misstatements, and fraud
- Take inventory of stock every month and cash count
- Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
- Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an accountant.
- Experience as an auditor is an added advantage.
