You Centred Consulting - Our client, an International Primary School in the education sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Location: Lekki - Epe Expressway, after Abraham Adesanya Roundabout, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Severity: Urgent

Responsibilities

• Provide software support for all network software
• Creating and maintaining user accounts to various school systems
• Troubleshooting network and computer problems
• Installing and updating software on existing and new computers
• Contribute to the Standard Operating Environment, testing and deploying images using Windows Deployment Services as necessary
• Contribute, within a team, to the development and maintenance of electronic learning and management systems, school website and intranet
• Inspect, maintain and support school computer assets, ICT and AV equipment
• Conduct support and repairs in a timely manner, using escalation processes where necessary
• Monitor printers and conduct basic fault finding and toner replacement
• Monitor toner stock levels
• Collection of computers and components from suppliers
• Delivery and pick-up of faulty hardware to/from place of repair
• Provide a professional, effective and efficient administrative support which results in the delivery of high-quality services to the School
• Assist with maintaining an accurate register and map of equipment and resources, including their location, as well as identification marking as required.
• Maintain the ICT Office area, keeping it organized and secure

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above Computer Science or related field
• Teaching experience in ICT 2-4 years in reputable International School.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
