Job Title: Background Checks Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• The position of Background Checks Supervisor entails thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests.
• The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.

Job Description

• Co-ordinate Background Checks and Certificate Verification units.
• Ensure that new requests are promptly treated.
• Ensure all background verification requests are documented upon receipt.
• Monitor the weekly follow-up activities by obtaining the weekly follow-up log form from verification officers.
• Ensure that verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely by liaising with the necessary officers and authorities.
• Ensure only error-free reports are sent to clients.

Requirements

• Candidates must be a graduate of a reputable university.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be able to work under pressure to skillfully meet deadlines
• Candidates must be able to multi-task and work with little or no supervision.
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially, MS Word and Excel.
• Candidates must have completed NYSC
• Applicants must reside within the Lekki-Awoyaya axis.
