Job Title: Leisure Travel Consultant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Description
- This position will handle leisure travel requests made by clients
Duties
- Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
- Dealing with enquires via telephone or email
- Attending to a wide variety of worldwide itineraries.
- Air reservation, ticketing, reissues and refund requests.
- Selling additional products and services
- Hotel Reservations
- Advising clients on international visas needed/ cancellation/change fees.
- Making complex bookings
Knowledge and Skills
- Passion for Travel
- Strong GDS skills (preferably Galileo)
- Reissues refund processing and complex bookings
- Premier sales acumen and ability to pursue sales through innovative marketing,
- Good computer and Internet skills.
- Strong relational and communication skills.
- Strong oral, writing, negotiation and networking skills
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Be able to gain customer trust and close bookings immediately.
- Being detailed orientated
